Completion Stage Inspection

Also known as a Practical Completion Inspection (PCI) or Handover Inspection, a Completion Stage Inspection is the final quality check before your new home or building is officially handed over from the builder to you, the owner.

We carefully check for minor defects, incomplete work, or substandard finishes, giving you the confidence that your new home is ready for handover.

Clients are encouraged to attend the inspection, so any questions or concerns can be discussed on-site. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a comprehensive, easy-to-read report outlining our findings, including any areas requiring attention or rectification.
